    cryptosystem is

    installed or not

    installed in the

    utility according to the

    operating system available

    section of the main portal.

    a) Click on the Force

    out Link. (available on

    the left hand side )

    b) Insert your Login ID

    And Password and click

    on Logout Button.

    c) Then Click on exit.

    You will get a message

    Successfully logged

    out then restart the

    browser and proceed.

    To resolve this issue kindly

    logout. Restart the

    browser and then proceed.

    DLL. This error

    message appears

    when the E-

    token utility is

    not installed in

    the system.

    Install theE-Token utility

    and enable all the

    ActiveX controls and

    Plugins. And also add the

    Website to the trusted

    Site zone referring the

    HELP MANUAL FOR

    MACHINE SETUP.

    How to take the

    screenshot

    Open the page on which

    the error message is

    present, press the PRINT

    SCREEN button present on

    your keyboard. Then openany MS-Word or Paint

    utility and select paste

    from edit menu or directly

    press ctrl+v to paste the

    screenshot.
