installed in the

system.

utility” according to the

operating system available

section of the main portal.

1.2 LOGIN ISSUES FACED BY THE ENROLLED USERS

“Invalid Login” a) Password inserted for

login is not correct. Please

provide the correct

Password or send the

request mail for password

reset to concerned

department. The Email

and contact details of the

various Divisions/

department of DAE are

provided under “Contact

Us” section of the main

portal.

appear if the user

has forgotten to

logout from the

previous session.

a) Click on the Force

out Link. (available on

the left hand side )

b) Insert your Login ID

And Password and click

on Logout Button.

c) Then Click on exit.

You will get a message

“Successfully logged

out” then restart the

browser and proceed.

3. “User validation

failed” a) The User id Inserted

by the user is not

Correct.

correct user ID.

1. “ERROR FOUND”. a) This message appears

because of improper

installation of DSC.

Connect your token

properly then install the

DSC drivers and check the

expiration date of your

DSC.

Note - Please also check

with your system’s date

and Time.

2. ”System Error.

Please contact

a) To resolve this error

button.

b) In case it’s not resolved

by clicking on refresh

button, then kindly send us

statement”

To resolve this issue kindly

logout. Restart the

browser and then proceed.

DLL.” This error

message appears

when the “E-

token utility” is

not installed in

the system.

Install the”E-Token utility

and enable all the

“ActiveX controls and

Plugins”. And also add the

Website to the trusted

Site zone referring the

“HELP MANUAL FOR

MACHINE SETUP”.

5. “How to take the

screenshot”

Open the page on which

the error message is

present, press the PRINT

SCREEN button present on

your keyboard. Then open

any MS-Word or Paint

utility and select paste

from edit menu or directly

press “ctrl+v” to paste the

screenshot.
