“Invalid Login” a) Password inserted for
login is not correct. Please
provide the correct
Password or send the
request mail for password
reset to concerned
department. The Email
and contact details of the
various Divisions/
department of DAE are
provided under “Contact
Us” section of the main
portal.

logout from the

a) Click on the Force
out Link. (available on
the left hand side )
b) Insert your Login ID
And Password and click
on Logout Button.
c) Then Click on exit.
You will get a message
“Successfully logged
out” then restart the
browser and proceed.

failed” a) The User id Inserted
by the user is not
Correct.

correct user ID.

installation of DSC.
Connect your token
properly then install the
DSC drivers and check the
expiration date of your
DSC.

logout. Restart the
browser and then proceed.

not installed in
the system.
Install the”E-Token utility
and enable all the
“ActiveX controls and
Plugins”. And also add the
Website to the trusted
Site zone referring the
“HELP MANUAL FOR
MACHINE SETUP”.
