Wife entitled to discovery of corporate records of husband’s brother’s medical
practice to pursue her suspicion that husband is actually part owner, not merely
employee.
Attorney fees need not be requested during trial
Trial court should state why it awarded less than requested amount.
Expert fees do not depend on party’s success on subject matter to which the
expert testified.
Ambiguous prenuptial agreement remanded to determine intent
Only construed against drafter if there is no other way to ascertain intent.
