Why are families broken up?
What affects family relationships
negatively?
Why do parents divorce?
Negative family relationships
1- Lack of trust : without trust, parents and children wouldn’t build up a bonding relationship. Instead, they will be pulled apart from each other.
2- Not enough time together: This issue can separate each member of the family from the others and might take family relationships to an end .
3- Lack of communication: if there wasn’t enough communication between the members of the family, the individuals couldn’t understand each other clearly.
4- Disagreement: Disagreement might lead the parents to divorce and the family to break up since one member might think of this problem as a fight.
A positive communication plays an extremely important role
Poor communication as in “The Postcard”,
leads them to marital separation and
a behavioral problems in children
Listen to each other
Respect in family
Respect is the core
of family
relationships and
harmony
The main factor for maintaining a family is respect and trust. Everyone in the family must show respect to the other members because nobody is more important than the others.
If communication and trust occur between family members on a regular basis, it makes establishing the family rules for respect much easier.
