Schnepf Farms reserves the right to remove any one from the property due to misbehavior or

destruction of private property.

Schnepf Farms requires a $500.00 Non-refundable deposit to reserve the date, $250.00 refundable security deposit

& 50% of the total estimated cost is due two weeks prior to the event. The balance of the invoice is payable within 10

days after the event. Deposit and 50% of the total estimated cost will be forfeited if canceled within 14 days of the above

date. Please submit a final head count one week prior to event.
