REGISTRATION PROCEDURESRegistration for all classes, programs, activities and events are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is due at the time of registration. All registration is accepted on-line at www.JARPD.ORG or at the District Office, Monday — Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Classes and activities are not prorated. Dates, times, location and fees are subject to change without notice. A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all returned checks. Pre-registration is required as classes must meet minimum enrollments before class will start.

FEESRegistration fees are based upon Park District residency. Residents are determined by those whom reside within the Zip Codes of 91752 and 92509. Those living outside these zip codes are considered non-residents. Please call the District Office for the most up to date information. Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Cards Accepted.

REFUND AND LATE POLICYRefunds are only issued in the event the District cancels a program, class, activity or event. Approved refunds will be issued via check for cash and check purchases. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the card from which original payment was made.

LATE FEE POLICY: For parent(s) and/or guardian(s), with a child enrolled in a District program, arriving to pick up a child any time after 5 minutes from the time the program has ended, a “Late Fee” will take effect. A fee of $1.00 per minute will be applied every minute thereafter until a parent/guardian arrives. This late fee payment is due in full, immediately, upon arrival, payable by cash or check only. In the event this fee is not paid at the time of arrival, the child will then be excused from the program in which they are enrolled. The payment must then be paid at the Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District Office before the child may return to the program.

IMAGE RELEASEPlease be advised that all participants, involved in any District program or special event, are subject to being photographed. Such photographs may be used by J.A.R.P.D. without an obligation to provide compensation to those photographed.

Halloween Home Decorating Contest

Gather your ghosts, ghouls, and goblins! Pose your pumpkins and phantoms! Enter as an individual or as a neighborhood block. All

decorations must be in the front yard.

Judging categories include Best Theme, Scariest, Most Original and Funniest. All entries will be included on our Halloween Map.

TOT TIME (AGES 3 - 5)Tot Time is a recreational program led by our recreation staff. Children are provided with daily activities including arts and crafts, outdoor play, sports, group games, cooking, story time, singing and introduction to letters and writing. Cooperative play, sharing, participation, building self-esteem and independence are emphasized. Class is limited to 40 participants. All children must be potty trained. Class is on-going, on monthly basis during the school year. Copy of child’s birth certificate required at time of registration.

Participants cannot be registered in a Monday, Wednesday, Friday Class and a Tuesday, Thursday class at the same time. Anyone registered for both classes at the same time will be removed from both, without a refund. 10 % sibling discount

E-citizen is a mobile and online non-emergency service request system for the Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District. E-citizen allows residents to identify issues and report those service requests directly to the district. Residents can upload a photo or video of the issue and mark the geographic location on a map. Each request can then be tracked for follow up. Requests may be submitted online or using a smartphone.
