The external environment refers to the forces and factors outside the organization but they are directly

related to the organization's performance. Take any multinational organization working in Pakistan andbriefly discuss how external environment affects its performance. Include at least four such factors.

Be very careful in identifying a factor and narrating its effect on the organization. Be very specific and discuss each factors effect within 3 4 lines. The effect of the environmental factor should be organization-specific. General description and

unnecessary details would not be accepted and would be graded as zero.
