Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing
in the knowledge of God;
A. Walk Worthy…
“might walk” in Greek = To tread all around; very large
“Worthy” = That becometh a Godly sort.
Eph 4:1 – 1. In Vocation
I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of
the vocation wherewith ye are called
Philippians 1:272. In Ministry
Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind
striving together for the faith of the gospel;
1Thess 2:123. Our Attitude
That ye would walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto
his kingdom and glory.
Psalm 84:10
For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of
wickedness.
B. Unto ALL Pleasing…

Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good
to edification.
1Cor 10:33 2. For the gospel’s sake
Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking
mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they
may be saved.
1Th 4:13. To please God, not man
Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the
Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye
would abound more and more.
