Petition for FAIR Elections in Wisconsin Wisconsin is one of the few states that allows same day voter registration at the polls and does not require voters to show a picture ID when voting. Same day registration and the lack of a picture ID combine to make voter fraud much more likely in

the State of Wisconsin.

RESOLVED: Our democracy depends upon fair elections. Please pass legislation making the following changes to the election

laws in Wisconsin.

1. Eliminate same-day voter registration

2. Require photo ID for voters casting ballots at the polls on election day 3. Assure that military from Wisconsin are able to vote

4. Enact better controls over absentee ballots and early voting 5. Prohibit third-party registration
