Integrated designWhen designing public space, it’s functionality, safety and visual form, play an important part. Increasingly topics like sustainability, manageability and financial feasibility of both constructing and maintenance play a part. To ensure preservation of facilities during their life-cycle we draft (preferably from the conception) a maintenance plan to ensure future costs.

Buro CITE provides integrated design and contract specifications, including sewerage design, landscape design and street lighting design. In collaboration with the client our consultants and engineers draft a custom set of project requirements, make the preliminary and final design (if required in 3D), translate the concept into “RAW-frame” specifications and assist with the tender.

Social responsibilityIncorporating sustainable procurement and social responsible business in the design andspecifications is common practice for Buro CITE. Together with the client the level of ambition is agreed upon beforehand.
