1. StaffingBuro CITE Project Support can provide for both temporary and structural needs. Buro CITE uses it’s network of professionals to provide temporary employees. In case of a more structural need, a Buro CITE Project Support professional is placed. You have the option of offering him or her permanent employment.
2. Service & Support For clients who have varying resource needs, and do not want to close contracts for a predetermined number of hours, a Service and Support Agreement is the solution. A framework agreement is drawn up, after which a client can call off sub-orders without any acquisition obligations.
3. Interim managementBuro CITE Project Support provides interim managers with a university or polytechnic education from their network of professionals. They all have a minimum of 5 years experience operating in both (local) government and industry.
4. Recruitment and selection Buro CITE Project Support can handle your recruitment and selection needs for you. In addition to selecting candidates we provide support with job descriptions, communicating in the media (including social media) and drafting the contracts.
