Sketching Taking the schedule of requirements into account we explore possible solutions by sketching. 3. Research We inspect the project location, deliver elevation surveys, and apply for the necessary permits. We identify the location of cables and pipelines and do necessary research and calculations. 4. Design Using the results of the research, the chosen sketch is developed into a technical design. We also draw up a maintenance management plan. 5. Contract specifications Based on the design, contract specifications are drawn up in compliance with the ‘RAW’ system. 6. Procurement and construction Together we organize a restricted or public (EU) tender process. When contracts are awarded based on the "most economically advantageous" bid we propose the criteria and method to evaluate the bids. During construction we can supervise the project using the UAV2012 administration system. 7. Use, management and maintenance Regular maintenance is essential to ensure that the redeveloped public space remains functional and safe during it’s intended life cycle. For this purpose we propose a package of measures for (parts of) the location.
