GOT Mobile for better production control

Remote monitoring via web browserThe GOT2000 series offers seamless connectivity to Mitsubishi Electric au-tomation devices such as PLCs, variable speed drives, servo drives and robots, simplifying automation system set up. With GOT Mobile users can operate the GOT2000 remotely from a PC or even from a tablet or another mobile de-vice. This enables comfortable remote equipment monitoring. The interface of the mobile device is a standard web browser (Google Chrome or Safari). The GOT Mobile function improves visualiza-tion accessibility and reduces total cost of ownership.

Simple W-LAN communicationThe optional WLAN communiction unit GT25-WLAN enables GT27 and GT25 HMI´s to connect wireless to PC´s, tablets and smartphones without the need for a separate access point.

The access point mode settings for the GT25-WLAN can be configured inside GT Works3 (version 1.144 or higher). Up to five devices can be connected to this access point.

Up to five devices can connect to the GOT at the same time through LAN or W-LAN.

Reduced downtimeStatus of production equipment can be monitored/controlled remotely via the GOT Mobile function and trouble-shooting can be performed, such as displaying a manual for fault finding. If needed up to five operators are able to work simultaneously.

Display production dataProduction data like targeted produc-tion units per day can be displayed/monitored via external large screens with the GOT Mobile function. This system can improve productivity by comparing and showing results against targets in realtime.

Simple screen designMonitoring screens for the GOT Mobile function can easily be designed within the GOT screen design software GT Works3 (version 1.144 or higher) and downloaded to the GOT. The handling is the same like for regular HMI screens.
