The Orpic journey began in 1982 with the commissioning of Oman's first refinery at Mina Al Fahal in Muscat, inaugurated by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. Today, Orpic is one of Oman’s largest and most rapidly growing businesses in the Middle East oil industry. With refineries in Suhar and Muscat, as well as Aromatics and Polypropylene production plants in Suhar, Orpic has cemented its position among the industry’s most forward-thinking companies to enter the highly competitive global downstream business arena.

ProductsAssetsOrpic currently operates four plants, split between two locations - Muscat and Suhar. The two locations are connected by the -290km Muscat Suhar Product Pipeline, a vital link that delivers feedstock from Mina Al Fahal Refinery to the Suhar plants and vice versa.
