•Membangunkan sistem penomboran ruangan yang baru dimana menepati dengan garis panduan SKATA • System kod ruangan telah dibina mengikut ruangan yang sedia ada di dalam bangunan dan dihubungkan terus dengan lukisan bangunan dimana maklumat keluasan setiap ruangan telah dikenalpasti. •Maklumat ruangan juga dihubungkan terus dengan maklumat pengguna ruangan dimana membolehkan system direktori bersepadu diadakan secara tidak langsung

•Menggunakan ruang yang telah dibina dan dinomborkan mengikut SKATA •Membina semula inventory asset berpandukan kontrak dokumen dan lawatan tapak •Maklumat sebenar asset dapat dikeluarkan setelah lawatan tapak dilaksanankan dan perlaksanaan asset inventory yang sebenar dilakukan •Didapati selepas itu , maklumat asset didapati melebihi dari maklumat di dalam kontrak FM Maklumat ini perlu disahihkan kerana PPM akan mengunakan maklumat asset ini untuk mengeluarkan arahan kerja PPM

•Menggunakan ruang yang telah dibina dan dinomborkan mengikut Kaedah SKATA •Membina zon meter eletrik dimana setiap tingkat patut dilengkapi dengan meter tenaga •Mengambil maklumat bacaan meter disetiap zon dan diolahkan dengan mewarnakan setiap zon dengan warna tersendiri •Membantu untuk mencipta baseline penggunaan tenaga di setiap zon dan membolehkan anugerah zon hijau diberikan kepada zon yang dapat mengoptimunkan pengunaan elektrik secara bulanan disamping mematuhi pekeliling kerajaan.
Pengurusan ruang - zon hawa dingin
•Menggunakan ruang yang telah dibina dan dinomborkan mengikut Kaedah SKATA •Membina zon hawa dingin mengikut maklumat dari pelan hawa dingin dimana dapat kenalpasti ruangan yang mempunyai kapasiti hawa dingin yang tinggi disebabkan lebihan peralatan didalam ruangan tersebut •Selain daripada itu kami juga bangunkan system tempahan ruang dimana perkerja yang perlu melaksanakan kerja diluar waktu pejabat hendaklah mengisi borang tersebut untuk tujuan kawalan system BAS untuk system hawa dingin, pergerakan lift dan juga tujuan pemantauan keselamatan di bangunan Seri Wilayah

What is Asset Standard
• Before you create an equipment inventory you can establish the types of equipment at your company - the equipment standards.
• Typically, a company will purchase multiple quantities of like equipment items. For example, it is likely that your company has purchased the same type of telecommunications equipment for multiple offices. WE defines this type of telecommunications equipment as an equipment standard.
