SPECTATOR ATTENDANCE
EVA Check-in app is Churchie’s register for
spectating at GPS home games (contact tracing
requirement stipulated by health authorities).
All visiting GPS School spectators and Churchie
parents/carers must register with the EVA Check-in
app and scan at the displayed QR codes when
entering a facility for our GPS home games.

SPECTATOR ATTENDANCE—EVA CHECK-IN
SPECTATOR PROTOCOLS
• Follow all signage and directions at
all times.
• Arrive, play and leave—spectators
must arrive and leave promptly.
• Do not gather at entry points.
• You must register your attendance
via the EVA Check-in app and scan
the displayed QR code on campus.
• Adhere to limitations and designated
spectator areas for indoor venues
• Two spectators per player (except
chess)
• Sanitation stations are located at
entry points and in toilet facilities.
• Canteens will NOT be operating.
• Stay at home if you:
• have been in contact with/exposed to
someone with COVID-19 in the last 14
days
• been overseas/Victoria in the last 14
days
• are unwell, have any symptoms
• are in a high-risk category.
• Ensure no more than one person
per toilet facility at any one time.
• Maintain physical distancing

45 minutes prior to game start time Players arrive at designated warm-up area
Parents must scan the EVA Check-in QR code at entry points
Game commences Players and parents in facility
Game concludes Players and parents have 10 minutes to evacuate the facility.
8.45 am Game 1: players arrive to designated warm up area on Smith Fields
Game 1: parents park their car and arrive at the Smith Field bridge to scan the EVA Check-in
QR code for entry
9.30 am Game 1 commences
10.15 am Game 2: players for the next game arrive at designated warm up area on Smith Field
10.30 am Game 1 concludes: parents and players evacuate Smith Fields via the exiting directions
Game 2: parents park their car and arrive at the Smith Field bridge to scan the EVA Check-in
QR code for entry
11 am Game 2 commences
SPECTATORHYGIENE PROTOCOLS• Wash hands:
• immediately before entry
• immediately after exiting.
• Carry hand sanitiser.
• Cough and sneeze into your arm or a tissue—wash
hands and bin your tissue immediately after.
• Maintain physical distancing by keeping 1.5 metres away
from others.
• Avoid touching your face.
• Stay at home if you are sick and get tested.

• Green entry for participants: enter via
lower level doors. No access to level one.
• Red exit for participants: exit via doors
next to courts.
• Designated spectator area is located on
the side line of both courts.
• Mezzanine is out of bounds.
• Two parent spectators per player.
ZONE BCAMPBELL CENTREBASKETBALL
• Green entry for participants: enter via outdoor
courts from Oaklands Parade.
• Red exit for participants: exit via furthest door
and out to Stanley Terrace.
• Designated spectator area is located in the
top mezzanine floor.
• Two parent spectators per player.
ZONE C / D / ETHE POCKETRUGBY / FOOTBALL
• Pocket Green entry for participants: enter
via Founders Court to the left side of The
Flat through car park and via the back of
storage sheds.
• Pocket Red exit for participants: exit via
Main Oval grandstand to the left side of
the car park and The Flat and past The
Centenary Library.
• Two parent spectators per player.
ZONE FSMITH FIELDSRUGBY / FOOTBALL (alternating)
• Smith Field Green entry for participants:
enter via Founders Court to Smith Field
bridge.
• Smith Field Red exit for participants: exit
via Tennis Centre bridge, pass the Tennis
Centre and along the road to The Flat and
past The Centenary Library.
• Two parent spectators per player.
ZONE GDAVID TURBAYNETENNIS
• Green entry for participants: enter via internal road
and to the left of the David Turbayne building.
• Red exit for participants: exit via left of courts and
continue along David Turbayne building and along
bridge and to the left of the internal road.
• Two parent spectators per player.
ZONE FHAZEL MILLMANTENNIS
• Green entry for participants: enter via internal road
and to the right of East Football Club road.
• Red exit for participants: exit courts and continue
into car park and along internal road to the right of
East Football Club road.
• Two parent spectators per player.
ZONE ITHE CENTENARY LIBRARYCHESS
• Green entry for participants: enter via either side
of Darnell and into The Centenary Library on the
left side.
• Red exit for participants: exit via left side of The
Centenary Library and alongside the library onto
Oaklands Parade.
• No spectators: cannot accommodate due to
physical distancing restrictions.
