NEW FACES IN THE MANCHESTER ENGAGE ATS TEAM We’re excited to welcome some brand new colleagues to the Manchester team. Here they are. Neil Casey Neil has been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, leading a multitude of service solutions for clients ranging from Local Public Sector to Global Systems Integrators. Driven by a focus on client services, he has spent the core of his career in the ‘Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) & Managed Service Provider (MSP) market, and has designed and delivered programmes in both the UK and EMEA. This sector, just like ‘Applicant Tracking System’ solutions, relies heavily on working with clients to obtain complete clarity on their needs, and ensuring all parties work together effectively to fulfil them. Kelly Russell Kelly has worked as a HR practitioner in varying roles since 1998. Much of her career has been within the Higher Education Sector, most recently handling HR transactional operations at the University of Portsmouth. She has significant experience in recruitment, HR related systems, and managing both people and projects. This has included the implementation, overseeing daily recruitment activities and planning development of the Engage ATS online recruitment. Kelly is a Chartered member of the CIPD and gained her MSc in Human Resources Management in 2007. Mel Earle Mel has been in the recruitment industry for over 3 years during which time she has worked with a range of national FTSE 100 companies through to SMEs. She also has 7 years’ account management experience. Driven by a focus on new business development and account management, Mel has spent the core of her career in the Recruitment Advertising and ATS systems market. This has seen her worked with clients both in the UK and globally to help them integrate new ATS systems, right through to managing their full recruitment process. She believes it’s given her valuable knowledge of understanding client needs and ensuring all parties work together effectively to make their candidates’ journeys as efficient as possible. Tom Powell Tom has worked in recruitment-related roles for the Guardian Media Group, McCann Manchester and Graduate Prospects. At Prospects he was responsible for day-to- day client management of over 100 Higher Education Careers Services who utilised recruitment software that was developed and maintained by Graduate Prospects. Besides his keen interest in future development opportunities for Engage ATS, he also has an interest and background in employability within HE. faces
