SYNOPSIS

In our project work, “FABRICATION OF U-TYPE, V-TYPE & L-TYPE

ANGLE BENDING MACHINE” we deal with the bending of U-shaped metal rod is

carried with the help of pneumatic cylinder arrangement. This method is very useful

in industries to convert the lengthiest metal rod in to the u-shaped type. This is an era

of automation where it is broadly defined as replacement of manual effort by

mechanical power in all degree of automation. The operation remains an essential

part of the system although with changing demands on physical input as the degree

of mechanization is increased. Here the main aim of our project I to reduce the man

power, by applying constant force at all time, automating the process and also

increase the rate of production.
