My Accounts Page

1. On the very first login, merchant is asked to set a Default Country and its Default Currency. Default currency is what we use from the Product Feeds for auto currency conversion to work.

2. Information entered as Business will be used to show on the Invoices.

My Feeds Page

1. Upload your product feed from your Desktop.

2. Upload your product feed from your Server URL. Affiliate feeds, Google Product Feeds etc will all be accepted. XML, CSV, TXT, Tab Delimited accepted.

3. Set the schedules for the Server feeds. Ideal if you change your products daily, weekly etc.

4. List of previous files uploaded. Various actions available such as “Refresh”, Remove, or remove feed from certain selling channels only.

My Feeds – Mapping Page

1. Choose the channels you want to map your uploaded product feed with our system.

2. Required fields are on left marked with a Green Tick. Drop downs lists all the headers from your product feed files.

3. You will be able to review the mapping to ensure correct headers have been matched. At this stage no product feed is sent to any Selling Channels.

My Import Data Page

Some Channels will allow its merchants to Import their current live data from their current selling channels. However import data will not be 100%. For e.g. Amazon will not allow to import, Images, Descriptions, Search terms etc. At most it will just be a very basic import.

My (Internal) Order Status Page

Order statuses can be used in multiple ways.

1. To assign an order to a different location, different warehouse or personnel.

2. To enter all the data’s required to send order to your suppliers in their required format. Ideal for Dropshippers

My Currencies Page

If you intend to sell on International platform, but your feeds are only in one default currency, than our system will update your prices in the required currency.

Just enter the current exchange rate mechanism.

In future we hope to automate this process.l
