The relationship among Perceived Organizational Support

Job satisfaction and Organizational Commitment with The Job Performance in senior managers of public sector organizations

Abstract :The aim of present study is about the examining the relationship among Perceived Organizational Support

Job satisfaction and Organizational Commitment with The Job Performance in senior managers of public sector organizations.

According to this, preparing a list of which governmental organizations; that were in rash about (128 Organization) 72 of those Organization s Managers have been selected through a random sampling method;

ultimately 65 complete Questionnaire returned. In the study some tools are used which are Perceived Organizational Support, Job satisfaction Organizational Commitment and Job Performance Questionnaires.

The results indicated that: There is a positive significant relationship among Perceived Organizational Support, Job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance. The result of F test the

Regression Analysis in level p<0/01 is significant. In order to this, there is a relationship among Perceived Organizational Support Job, satisfaction and Organizational Commitment with The Job Performance and

also 0/78% of variance is common .Among Perceived Organizational Support Job satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance. Among the Perceived Organizational Support, Job

satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, it is Job satisfaction that can make the variance of manager s Job Performance.

The results of One way ANOVA indicated that the differences are not significant among the Perceived Organizational Support, Job satisfaction and Job Performance but the differences are significant about

Organizational Commitment among the managers. The results of follow up tests expresses that the differences are significant among the nonnative (expatriate) nonprovience and native (local) managers with the managers who were native but nonprovince . With respect to the research results , some points should

be noted: A: Cultural similarities are have considerable affect on the performance .Nevertheless predictable that this

factor promote

that productivity in organizations . To promote or establishment of interact ional opportunities. We can help from training .

B. Social capital is a good base for productivity of physical and human capital for achiving succeed. This factor has a more important role than physical and human capital in organization, provide a good

organizational and vocational promotion. This issue shoud study more in organizations. C: Review of previous research showed that the study of the research variably in senior managers is a new
