SUBJECT 2019 Solidarity Fun Run for a Cause: "Golden Rush"
NEA invites you to the Solidarity Fun Run for a Cause tagged as "Golden Rush" pm on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 4:00 am at the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife, in Quezon City. The date coincides with NEA's creation by virtue of Republic Act 6038 signed in July 28, 1969.
The event is one of the build-up activities in celebration of NEA's Golden Anniversary and the 50 Years of the Rural Electrification Program (REP). It aims to commemorate in unity the gains of the REP in the past five decades through a dynamic interaction between and among the key players of the REP and the Energy industry.
As such, it is expected to gather more than 500 individuals from NEA and partner-ECs nationwide, the members of the Energy Family (ERC, DOE, Transco, NPC, PNOC, PNOC-RC, PEMC, NGCP, PSALM and also from JCPC) and representatives from the partner Electric Cooperatives (ECs) and EC Allied Organizations.
Participants are enjoined to provide and wear their own white T-Shirt or dry-fit shirt for use in the said Solidarity Run; with the option to have it printed with the official T-Shirt design which is downloadable at the NEA 50th Anniversary portal in the website www.nea.gov.ph. Registration Form is also downloadable in the same portal.
For those who are interested to join, kindly confirm with the submission of the attached preregistration form to be submitted on or before June 28, 2019 through this email: [email protected]. EC Participants shall make their travel arrangements upon receiving a reply email acknowledging receipt of the pre-registration form. Also, enclosed is a detailed program of activities as reference.
