2. New Formula Development (non-OTC)

*HealthSpecialty will make up to 4 prototypes for the client. An ingredient listing will be sent to the client for review, and once approved a bench sample will be created. Once the bench sample is approved, the formula will be final. The formula will be only used for client. The $1,500.00 will be applied towards the first PO as a credit.

3. New Formula Development (OTC)
