How long before my treatment should I arrive?We would appreciate you arriving 5 – 10 minutes prior to your appointment, to ensure you are able to relax and enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the salon.

What will happen if I am late?Sharkra is a busy salon and appointments are gold. We will accommodate as much of the service as possible, however we must finish the treatment on time to avoid running late for our next client. Our fee will remain the same.

Cancellations and depositsWe encourage our customers to book appointments in advance to secure your appointment time.

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations; and must be made by a phone call, not email or SMS.

Appointments over one hour require a 50% deposit to secure appointment date and time.

A 10% surcharge applies to services on a Saturday (excluding bridal makeup); and a 20% surcharge applies to all services with Tanya Ahmed and Karla Rattle.
