CSB BEARINGS
Steel backed lead bronze lined bearing material for
marginal lubrication application, Suitable for oscillation
movement or rotation motion with high load capacity and
lower speed excellent wear resistance. The bronze layer
surface can be machined with various of grooves, oil
pockets and oil holes in terms of different work condition, so
as to meet the demanding criteria for long life and trouble-
free performance with or without lubrication.
The bearings can be widely used in construction
machineries for Track rollers bushes, carrier rollers bushes,
front idler bushes, and in truck for rear suspension bushes,
leaf spring bushes, differential carrier washers, front axle
bushes, starter bushes, power steering bushes, king pin

to keep round under freedom, we normally recommend check the
fitting pressure and wall thickness to control the products.

CSB BEARINGS
CSB600 have same base material as CSB650, which offer
technically and economically favourable bearings solutions with
same mechanical data as CSB650, these type bearings have
high loading capability, low weight, good corrosion resistance.
CSB can offer different type bronze alloys according to the life
time, service etc. The tolerance of this kind of bearing is much
tighter than wrapped bronze bushes.

CSB650# material is made of strong cast bronze based metal with
special solid lubricants embedded. The base metal withstands
high load and the solid lubricants provide for self-lubrication. The
bearing shows excellent performance without pre-lubrication
under conditions of extreme higher/lower temperature with low
speed. This kind of bearing can be applied under dry, high
temperature, high pressure, corrosive, water or other chemical
environments when no oil can be introduced, like automotive

The CSB250 bearing material is developed from the CSB200,
the solid lubricant have been embedded instead of covering on
surface which can provide the solid lubricant for much long time
during the operation even without any oil given. This material
provides a maintenance-free design solution, particularly for
high load, intermittent of oscillating motion with lower speed and
excellent wear resistance required.
Higher load harden steel bushes
CSB200 is produced by carbon steel with oil groove, the initial
grease given can be deposited the mass lubrication for long
time working. The work surface has been sprayed a special
solid lubricant, this solid lubricant can be transfer to the mating
material during the operation and forming a solid lubrication film
between the bearing and shaft which make the bearing material
have high load capacity with lower friction and excellent wear
resistance.

CSB230# Bearings are made by carbon steel, the special
treatment layer lined on the work surface and the hardness up
to HV1000 over, this material structure makes the bushes have
excellent wear resistance, so CSB230# bearings have been
widely used in construction machines, excavator machines,
metallurgy equipment, press tooling and so on.

In most cases, CSB slide bearings are used with a press-fit in
the same manner as general sleeve bearings. Fit the bearings
into housings using mandrels or press. In case of a relatively
large interference, provide both the I.D. of the housing and the
O.D. of the bearing with chamfers, and fit the bearing into the
housing with mandrel for easy installation. For some special
application like 650# bushes for injection molding machines,
can be used shrink fitting.

The outside diameter
The inside diameter is tested according to
DIN1494, part 2, test C. To perform this test,
the bushes should be fixed in a ring gauge
(table 5 according to DIN1494 part 1) in this
condition the inside diameter can be tested
with GO or NO GO plug gauges.
Normally this method is suitable for smaller
series. The big size bushes recommend
use of a three-point micrometer is
preferable.
The inside diameter
Machined bushing like CSB650#,
CSB600#, CSB450#, CSB200 etc
are high-precision parts. Therefore
precision equipment is needed to
c h e c k t h e m l i k e p n e u m a t i c
measuring tooling, three point
micrometer, 3D and so on.
The tester used to check a bushing
depends on the quality standard and
the number of bushings involved.

The simplified method for testing the
outside diameter of plain bearings is based
on DIN 1494 Method B. The test uses GO
and NO GO ring gauge. The corresponding
diameters of the GO and NO GO ring
gauges are selected according to the DIN
standard. Normally this method is suitable
for smaller series. The bigger size can be
checked by the installation pressure.
