Under the framework of theEC funded project '50s inEurope Kaleidoscope' we

created an open call toemerging photographers in

Antwerp, inviting them torewash negatives of the 50s,

giving way to theirexperience of (re)living the

past. Their works resulted inthe exhibition 'Generation A'.

The building (CenturyHotel) presented in the

inspirational image used inour banner and sent out in

the open call does still existin Antwerp today!

Panic', thereby establishing alink to the city of Antwerp,bridging past and present.

Furthermore, we gave youngartists a stage to present their

works.
