• 42mm thick, with rebated edges on three sides, 1.0mm thick galvanized steel skins and a fully bonded mineral wool core and
Each vertical leaf edge is reinforced internally with 5mm thick steel plates which add extra strength and provide fixing points for hinges. A 40mm thick steel and fibre board reinforcement is built-in to the top of the leaf for closers or friction stays and additional reinforcements are provided at the lock position and for vertical rod panic systems.
Frame
• 1.5mm thick galvanized steel folded to form a 121mm deep double rebate profile with mineral fibre insulation
Headers are profiled to form a smooth butt joint with the vertical jambs using a tab and slot connection. Frame faces are recessed to bring the rebates on the leaves flush with the face of the doorset. The jambs are reinforced with 5mm thick plates at the hinge and bolt fixing to wall opening positions.
Shallow depth thresholds are provided with integral seals were required.

Hinges: 1½ pair stainless steel cranked butt hinges with polymer bearings
Panic Equipment: Single & double panic bolts, panic latches, night latches and outside locking access devices

Whatever hardware is selected all items are normally factory fitted, requiring no additional assembly work on site.
SealsTubular compression seals are fitted into the frame rebates. Extruded aluminium thresholds with integral seals are fitted at the base of the leaves.
FinishesFactory applied PPC primer or finished coatings to any BS or RAL colour (extra). Coastal & marine grade finishes also available.
