Location:

The land is located on Catteralls Lane, Broughall, near Whitchurch just off the Whitchurch to Nantwich

A525 Main Road. See Location Plan.

Description:

The first class block of Shropshire Grassland divided into four level open fields in a quiet rural location,

each with good thick thorn boundary hedges complete with mature Oak Trees. There is a good 13 foot gate

at the entrance with a footpath gate alongside.

The Soil is a Grade 3 medium to heavy loam. The land has been used for Zero Grazing or Silaging in recent

A public footpath runs along the eastern hedge from Catterals
