eXtendCode Receives ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance Certification

eXtendCode Software Systems India LLP, an Offshore Software Development Companybased

in India, is pleased to announce that its Offshore Software Development Center in Gurgaon,

India has received the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance certification. The certification was

provided to eXtendCode for operating a Quality Management System in compliance with all

requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 certification, which is comprised of various International

Standards developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The scope of

certification includes contact centre interaction solutions as well as all service activities

encompassing design, sales, specification, delivery, implementation and support for all

products/services of eXtendCode. Key requirements for eXtendCodes receipt of the ISO

9001:2008 Quality Assurance Certification included:

Operating a set of procedures covering all business processes of the company Adequate monitoring of all processes to ensure effectiveness Maintaining adequate and up to date records about various company operations Checking output for errors and taking corrective action to resolve such errors Regular review of quality system/individual processes to ensure effectiveness
