Photography as an Expressive art Form Activity

COLOR

This photo was taken in DT Los Angeles

in a Mexican market by

Union Station. I tried to

capture the color variety, and the hierarchy of the guitars display.

ABSTRACTONS

This photo was taken in my design studio. I liked the brightness of the orange in contrast to the settled white. I added some filters to the white and elevated the saturation on some parts of the image.

BLUR

Night shot on the 101 Fwy, my camera was too simple to adjust the ISO, so I took a night shot to create movement.

EXPRESSIVE SELF PORTRAIT

Me and my most precious being, which represents who I am today.

SIDE/FLIP-SIDE

I liked the idea that I can look like that when I am old. The contrast in colors and the age was what drove me to create that image.

Series of photos of the Gold Line station in China Town, Los Angeles. I used PhotoShop technic to lay the photos as one view.

Inspired by Mike Pace the making of imaginary stars and planets and pushing those limits.

Contrast of light and dark and the front and back of my Saturday morning workout outfit. Merging of two

opposites.

REFLECTIONS

While looking for reflection on campus, I found a window that reflects. I also made a reflection of the building in the fake water pool, which use to be the building, of the window shot, shadow.

One of my first attempts to use illustrator.

A to Z

Old and new photos helped me put the A-Z sequence. Some photos were manipulated by me, and some were forms I found out on my way. The old photos I used were from the Burning Man festival in Nevada. The rest are from Cal Poly campus and Sherman Oaks.
