Colemans Group (Aust) Pty Ltd is an Australian owned, medium sized, highly capable construction company, specialising in the delivery of multi-discipline projects ranging in value to $20m. It has been in the commercial fencing industry for over thirty years supplying and installing all types of steel fencing for most of the major building projects throughout Australia.. Owing to our industry leadership, professional and corporate growth and market demand, our Company has expanded its field of expertise into the provision of total High Security Solutions including Physical Security, Electronic Security and System Integration Services. Our Company has the systems, the resources and expertise to undertake multiple projects. Our dedicated team is committed to the delivery of projects on time, on budget and to the highest standard in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, and strives for continual improvement in all areas of performance. We are currently delivering several high security upgrade works, consisting of Physical and Electronic Security Systems, for various Government departments including Sydney Trains (Transport NSW), Department of Defence, Transgrid NSW, Endeavour Energy, Roads and Maritime NSW, all Tier 1 Builders and all local government Councils. Quality Policy
Colemans Group provides a specialised service for supply and installation of all types of steel fencing and security systems. It aims to maintain and effectively manage a Quality System which complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
The aims of our Quality Policy are:
To provide a framework for establishing and reviewing the Company’s quality ob jectives as outlined in its Quality manual.
To provide the highest level of customer satisfaction by completing and fulfilling its contractual obligations in a professional manner.
To maintain and operate an integrated management system comprising a QHSE Management Manual that defines Policy, Procedures and Organisational Structure that both satisfies client expectations and continues to be independently accredited complying with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008.
To provide a framework to support the aim of increasing productivity, efficiency and the quality of all services.
To confirm the Company’s on-going commitment to quality by ensuring that the policy is embraced, understood and implemented by all employees and subcontractors.
To continually improve the QHSE Management System by monitoring and measuring the inputs and outputs through internal audits, management reviews, inspections and the setting of objectives and targets.

Health and Safety Policy Statement
Colemans Group provides a specialised service for the supply and installation of all types of steel fencing and security systems. It considers the work health and safety of all its employees as well as those affected by our work to be of utmost importance. It aims to maintain and operate a Work Health and Safety Management System which complies with the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001, and regards as fundamental to its operating strategy the objective of achieving the highest possible standards in health and safety.
All activities will be assessed to identify the hazards and controls necessary to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all employees, subcontractors and others who may be affected.
The responsibility for the implementation of the policy will be by the logical delegation of duties from the CEO through the direct line of management and supervisors to the point when the control of hazards is applied. The Project Manager/Site Supervisor will be responsible for the full implementation of the policy and procedures at site level.
Competent advice and appropriate health and safety training will be provided to enable managers, supervisors and employees to discharge their duties in a safe manner.
Employees are expected to accept the responsibility to work safely at all times when on their own or with others who may be affected by their actions, and contribute to the implementation of the policy.
It is our aim to control the circumstances that would otherwise lead to accidents and ill health and to ensure all employees work safely to meet the high demands of clients.
This Policy also aims to:
Comply with all relevant and applicable legislation and client requirements.
Assess the risks and plan work activities in order to eliminate or reduce the risk to an acceptable level which is foreseeable of hazards or risks.

Environmental Policy Colemans Group provides a specialised service for the supply and installation of all types of steel fencing and security systems. It aims to maintain and effectively manage an Environmental Management System which complies with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004.
The aims of our Environmental Policy are to:
Comply with all relevant and applicable legislation and client requirements.
Identify and review through the environmental checklist the environmental aspects of any new and existing work activities.
Commit to prevent pollution and aim for continuous reduction on all potential environmental impacts.
Control and continually improve the amount of waste produced and sent to landfill, and wherever practicable to recycle and reuse.
Implement realistic objectives and targets and ensure that they are reviewed annually in order to enhance the environmental performance across the company.

Customer Service Policy
Colemans Group regards every person who contacts it for any reason whatsoever to be a valued customer and is committed to providing the best service possible by endeavouring to process every enquiry as quickly as possible.
We recognise that our customers’ needs are as unique and varied as the individuals themselves. Business will be fair and completed in an appropriate time frame. Our customers will be treated with honesty and integrity at all times. Colemans Group recognises that by providing high quality customer service we are helping to service our customers in the best possible way.
We will listen to our customers and try to provide the services that they really want. We will not assume that we know what they want; we will really find out and listen to the facts.
We will not give any customer the 'run-around'. If an individual cannot directly help a customer, it is their responsibility to ensure that they find someone who can and then put them in contact with the customer. If the person who is able to help the customer is unavailable, it is the responsibility of the person who receives the call to ring the customer and advise them of a time when the appropriate person will help them. Answers to any enquiry or complaint will be easy to understand. They will be clear, concise, and straight to the point and directly address the original enquiry or complaint.
All telephone enquiries or complaints will receive at least an initial response by the next working day.
All employees dealing with customers will identify themselves either verbally or in writing and when answering the phone will give their first name.
In its aim towards efficiency and in the interest of customers, Colemans Group (Aust) Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit the use of staff and resources on false or unreasonable demands.
