Event started with lighting the lamp and welcoming the guests by AECCI Mgmt.

Mr.R.P.Gautam (Ex.Committee Member-AECCI and Ex-Secretary APEDA) gave the overview

of the functioning of AECCI.

Guest of Honour-Mr. Dhananjay Sharma presented a session on the “FIEO Services and A

Brief on the Future Programs”. It was a detailed and much informative presentation.

Participants came to know about various services and supports being provided by the Export

Promotion Councils, Commodity Boards and other trade promotion bodies. Also he

discussed in details about the different initiate taken by Govt to boost & facilitate the

exports.



Other session was taken by Mrs. Swarn Lata on “How to Find International Buyers”. She

discussed about the various approaches and channels to reach to buyers, Market research

steps, Online & offline Marketing, Price Calculation, Negotiation Skills and Buyer’s credibility

check. Also she discussed about the trade promotion agencies and other agencies that can

be a source of reaching to the buyer. And finally covered about the precaution to be taken

to do the safe business at global level. It was a great session to motivate the new entrants of

export business.

Next session was taken by Mr. Jayant Ghate where he discussed about the role of World

Trade Centre in trade promotion. It was a meaningful and motivating presentation.

Finally the panel of speakers and experts addressed the Question Answer round, where the

various queries on all the aspects of Export were handled with perfection. It proved to be a

long and worthy round. Participants asked their queries related to GST, Gold Import/export,

Fruit and Vegetables export and queries related to pharma sector.

More than 40 Exporters attended the seminar. The session was very much interactive and

participative.

It was followed by Dinner and networking.

The seminar was much appreciated by all the participants and guests.

AECCI look forward for conducting many more such events for our exporter members.
