Westinghouse is a sub-vendor to Korea Electric Power Company (KEPCO) and Doosan HeavyIndustries in Korea for the provision of certain equipment to the BRAKA nuclear power facility.

Please find enclosed an NRC export license application for the proposed export of nuclear powerplant equipment for the manufacture and construction of the BRAKA nuclear power facility inthe United Arab Emirates. This equipment will include both major and minor components ofthenuclear reactor.
