DESCRIPTION
This investigative study of 50 released children was taken up as a test case given the emergent issues under the juvenile justice system in Bihar and Jharkhand which need to be understood. It also seeks to determine which, among other known violations faced by the juvenile / child in conflict with law when he was in the Juvenile justice system and kind of risk they are handled combined with a need to address the issues of those who are in caught up in the J.J. System.
