Sunday 1st December - 3pm - 5pm
Run, run as fast as you can to DoubleTree by Hilton for a gingerbread man! Tis the season for a little magic and excitement. Bring the family, unwind and try some of our festive treats after a long day Christmas shopping. We will even wrap your presents for a small charity donation while you experience our Gingerbread house display.
Price = Small donation to charity
Join us in Cask bar for a festive twist on our traditional afternoon tea. Enjoy a glass of mulled wine or festive cocktail along with a selection of sandwiches and sweet treats.

Glitter Ball Party NightsJoin us for the main event, the Glitter Ball, as radio presenter Paul Harper keeps you entertained throughout the night & our resident band “Ernest” keeps you dancing until the wee small hours. Be prepared for a night filled with glitz and glamour, fantastic food and sparkling entertainment. Be naughty, save Santa a trip and indulge in a bottle of fizz at our prosecco and shot bar.

Brisket Private Parties
Bring in the bells with style this year and come join us for a night packed full of entertainment. Our resident host/DJ, Paul Harper will lead you through the night and into the wee small hours.
Indulge in a five course meal while sipping on a glass of champagne and enjoy a live performance from Kevin Simm, winner of 2016 The Voice and now lead singer of Wet Wet Wet.
Celebrate the countdown and bring in 2020 with our resident piper followed by one of Scotland’s best loved ceilidh bands “Ceilidh Minogue” previously featured on BBC Scotland’s Hogmanay live show 8 years in a row.
Looking for a private party for 800 or a private dinner for 10, we have the perfect event spaces available. Our events team are here to make planning easy and assist you with bespoke packages to suit your budget.
Brisket is perfect for a unique and boutique private party for up to 130 guests. You will have your own intimate space with private dining, private bar and dance floor.

15% off best available rate for all Party Nights (discount on twin rooms only, limited rooms available). Hogmanay Package Stay from £155 per person including Hogmanay Ceilidh ticket, overnight stay with breakfast in the morning (based on two people sharing a Queen room)
• A £10.00 per person deposit is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. Should this not be received the booking will be cancelled.• The outstanding balance is required 4 weeks prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will automatically be cancelled.• All bedroom reservations cannot be booked until the deposit payment has been made.• Deposits, part payments & full payments are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover your payments in the case of your cancelling your booking.• In the event of cancellation by the hotel, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel.• Outside beverages brought into the events will be confiscated & held by our security department to be returned at the end of the evening. No corkage will be available.• Organisers are requested to ensure that all special dietary requirements are notified 7 days prior to the event date at the latest.• The function rooms will be set as courtesy seating according to table size, if you have a specific request with regards to your table, please contact the Christmas co-ordinator & we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
