This is to certify that Mr. Deependra Ojha, Employee No. 352 worked in United Telecom Limited (a JV of MTNL, TCIL, TCL & NVPL) as a Telecom Engineer from 25th December 2008 to 17th January 2014 after competing with a large number of candidates for that post. United Telecom Limited is a first private company licensed to operate basic and cellular mobile services throughout Nepal. UTL provides basic Telecommunication service based on CDMA WLL technology in Nepal.

During his period of stay, Mr. Ojha has undertaken various tasks in O&M, Planning, project managing and developing business strategy of the company and completed them to the best of his abilities. His primary job included O&M of BSC, BTS, site planning, transmission hub establishment and site execution. He was mainly responsible for O&M of network in WDR, MWDR and FWDR region of Nepal and has good managerial and leadership skills. He was branch incharge where he has to lead the team to maintain the quality of network over there.

He has worked under my supervision from the beginning and I have found his performance excellent throughout his service period in the company. During network expansion period, he was actively involved and led the team in installation, site survey, call test and RF drive test and in a short time of his professional period he had installed more than twenty five BTS's and done same number of microwave commissioning works. His proficiency towards transmission works including Microwave path profile calculation, link planning, SDH-Tejas MUX commissioning, MW (Huawei, Ceragon, SIAE, Stratex, Eclipse) installation and OFC related works has been found outstanding. Mr. Ojha is assiduous, initiative, creative and result-oriented professional who is frequently able to come up with new and innovative approaches in his assigned project works. His experience as a telecommunication engineer has given him confidence in carrying out supervisory work autonomously, reliably and precisely. His performance is excellent and commendable as a team leader and also as well as a team player.

On the interpersonal side, Mr. Ojha has very good written and verbal communication skills. He gets along extremely well with his junior and senior staffs. He is an amiable individual who will fit well in any technical and management field.
