AIESEC in the Philippines’ Experience Conference (XPCon) 2012 is meticulously crafted to develop the quality AIESEC experience through high-performing and active members. Through this conference, delegates will learn the skills needed to carry out the vision and goals of term 2012-2013.

XPCon 2012 will equip AIESECers what they need to apply their knowledge in developing the AIESEC Programmes, enhance plans and strategies based on the Net Promoter Score, and deliver a better AIESEC Experience to all members.

By using the strategies from national planning seminars and plans from the Strategic Conference 2012, delegates will break ground and construct action steps for the coming term.

XPCon 2012 is also an avenue for the development of AIESECers through intense discussions, jam-packed sessions, and dynamic activities which serve as functional training for the Team Member and Team Leader Programmes which are relevant to the objectives of the term. It is attended by delegates from both the Local Committees (including extension LCs) as well as the Member Committee of AIESEC in the Philippines.

Dear AIESECers

I am happy and pleased to welcome you to the start of the year. It is an exciting year as together we aim to create relevant impact to society. As we strive as one AIESEC Philippines to take this direction to 2015, we see the need to equip ourselves with the skills and the knowledge to successfully design and execute our programs.

Back in 2009, we had the “Exchange Conference” created to deliver high volume of exchanges. Today, we have evolved into experience delivery, giving premium to excellent and quality delivery of all our programs. Thus, I am proud to open the first ever Experience Conference (XPCon), the conference that will empower ourselves to drive excellence and relevance in what we do and who we are.

I look forward to seeing all of you in XPCon as we enrich ourselves as leaders who deliver high quality and relevant experiences to all our stakeholders.
