ANNUAL ELECTIONS

WELCOME to the following newly elected Board members:

Susan Todd

Susan has lived in Charlotte County & the Englewood area Since 1987. She was employed by the Salvation Army from 1987-2005. Currently she works full time for C.A.R.E. as a Victim Advocate, and part-time for SOLVE Maternity Home as a Case Manager. Her passion is advocating for woman and children.

Andy Herigodt Andy is currently employed as Director of performance and Quality Improvement for Catholic Charities, where she has worked for nine years. Prior to moving to Florida in 2005, Andy worked with people with developmental disabilities as an administrator and also as a reviewer for a national accreditation organization. In her spare time, she loves to quilt. Andy previously served two terms on our CCHSC board and we are very happy to have her join us once again.

E-A-S-Y Cake Mix and Cool Whip Cookies

Prep Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 27 mins

Serves: 24-36, Yield: 24 cookies

Ingredients

1 (18 1/4 ounce) boxes cake mix (any flavor desired)

1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed

1 egg

Confectioner’s sugar

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Form into balls.

3. Roll in confectioners' sugar.

4. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

5. Cool in pan a few minutes before removing.
