This Guarantee is made to the original purchaser only and does not extend to subsequent purchasers during the period of this Guarantee.

LPD NUVU Folding doorsets provide a unique, lifestyle solution, by cost-effectively facilitating bringing the outside inside

and extending the interior to the exterior - creating increased "living" space along with a more salubrious and convivial

LPD NUVU Folding doorsets come in a standard height of 2095mm and are available in seven different widths -

6'; 7'; 8'; 10'; 12'; 14'; 16’ - across 3 attractive and fashionable finishes, either unfinished Oak, composed of

FSC certified Oak veneer applied to an engineered timber core, suitable for finishing on site to a customers’

specific colour shade, pre-finished Oak, which is treated with a 3 part, high build tinted lacquer at the point

of manufacture, or pre-finished White produced from FSC certified engineered softwood and protected by

a durable, solvent based, 3 part, high-build exterior paint system.

In short, LPD NUVU Folding, is a premium quality, "off the shelf", modular, affordable alternative to comparable,

far more expensive, bespoke doorsets, that's ideal for conservatories, garden rooms, orangeries, patios and larger

verandas and specifically targeted towards anyone involved in the new build sector, property development,

renovation, remodelling or refurbishment projects, able to design their brickwork opening around a standard frame size.

NUVU FRENCH EXTERNAL DOORSETS

To capitalise on the continuing demand for quality, aesthetically pleasing and affordable French Doors,

we’ve added LPD NUVU French to the NUVU stable. Like LPD NUVU Folding, they offer a lifestyle solution

by “connecting” the outside with the inside and are an extremely economical way of effectively extending

the "living" space without the need for costly extensions.

LPD NUVU French doorsets come in a standard height of 2090mm and are available in three different widths

- 4'; 5'; 6' – and the same 3 attractive and fashionable finishes as LPD NUVU Folding, notably unfinished Oak,

composed of FSC certified Oak veneer applied to an engineered timber core, pre-finished Oak,

which is treated with tinted lacquer at the point of manufacture, or pre-finished White produced from

FSC certified softwood and protected by a durable, solvent based, 3 part high-build exterior paint system.

An ingenious frame and cill design means they can be installed to be either outward opening or inward opening,

to suit a personal preference or, satisfy architectural restrictions or constraints or the flow of the property,

and to maintain design integrity, door stile and rail profiles are consistent with LPD NUVU Folding.

Available ex-stock as either a full out glazed Pattern 20 design or an 8 Light design formed by using adhesive

astragals that cleverly give the illusion of individual panes of glass, without the associated cost, both offered with

complementary sidelights. These beautifully crafted doorsets will add elegance and kerb appeal to any exterior.

Our extensive range of knotty, semi-clear and clear pine single leaf doors and casementpairs, are purpose designed to meet more modest budgets but without any obviouscompromise on aesthetics or quality. Indeed the semi-clear and clear pine optionscontinue to be manufactured with a degree of engineered components to help combatthe natural potential for both warping and shrinkage.

Sitting alongside the “old faithfuls” that have patently lost none of their appeal amongstthose unable to resist the alluring charm of pine, are the Florida 5P and 4L “new kids on the block” that offer a subtle, more contemporary design theme.

Please be reminded however, that regrettably, due to the slightly unstable nature of thetimber used to produce knotty pine doors, and in line with normal practice, we are unableto offer any guarantees against warping, shrinkage or splitting on these particular products.

To cater for the full spectrum of personal taste, from the more traditional to the morecontemporary, we’ve introduced into the range several new solid and glazed models,many featuring toughened glass.

We’re convinced when you see the quality of the factory primer coat, you’ll have difficulty believing the doors are not fully finished.

Naturally however, as impressed as we are (and expect you to be) with the quality of the finish, just to be on the safe side and equally as importantly, to fully validate the comprehensive LPD Guarantee, we’d definitely recommend a further treatment application prior to hanging.

The Senator range of products remains hugely strategically important and consequently our resolve to provide our customers with the widest range of models and sizes available ex-stock is unfaltering.Correspondingly, we remain fully committed to our stated objective of underpinning it with an in depth ex-stock capability allied to a minimum weekly delivery service.

Working closely with our partner suppliers and drawing on their unparalleled expertise in manufacturing high quality doors utilising engineered components and optimising the use of the available raw material, has enabled us to continue to evolve the range, whilst still placing paramount importance on fundamental ecological and environmental issues.

The result of our labours is a collection of eye-catching, inspiring, single leaf options, including several incorporatingdistinctive diamond bevelled glazing, guaranteed to add flair and individuality to any room they grace.

10 YEAR GUARANTEEFINISHING GUIDELINES

All doors supplied by LeedsPlywood & Doors Ltd., hereafterreferred to as LPD (exceptthose doors expressly excludedfrom this guarantee by LPD,effective as at 1st November2004) are guaranteed by LPDfor ten years from date ofdelivery, and at that time, to be of good material and workmanship and to be free of defects which wouldrender said doors unserviceable and/or unfit for the ordinary,recommended use.

This guarantee is made to the original purchaser only and does not extend to subsequent purchasers during the period of this guarantee.

If at the time a door delivery is received, said door(s) are found to have a defect(s) which can reasonably bediscovered by inspection of each door, the receiver of thedoor(s) must, prior to hanging or fitting, and within 3 days,send written notice of said discovered defect(s) to LPD. All doors should be fully inspected prior to altering or fitting -any work on the door shall constitute acceptance.

If a fault rather than defect develops after the door is fitted,written notice of said fault(s) must be sent to LPD within ten years from date of delivery.

No claim will be honoured unless a site inspection is performed by an authorised representative of LPD. (At the discretion of the company).

If guaranteed doors are found to contain defects/faults as stated herein, LPD, at our option will either, repairdefective/faulty door(s) furnish purchaser with replacementdoor(s) or refund to the current owner the amount the originalpurchaser paid LPD for the returned defective/faulty door(s).This guarantee does not cover any other charges incurredsuch as labour for removal of defective door, rehanging ofnew and/or replacement door, transportation to and fromsite or reimbursement for any other work/service not originallysupplied by LPD.

External Doors

Although we do not demand that our unfinished products arefinished using the Sikkens system, we stipulate that only the use of a treatment affording at least the same level of protection as provided by the Sikkens system constitutes an acceptablealternative and consequently, it is only in these circumstances that any conditional Guarantee can be offered.

Internal Doors

The same “guidelines” as detailed above for External doors applyto Internal doors. However, additionally we can also confidentlyrecommend Osmo Door Oil as a suitable finishing treatment, as it has been comprehensively tested by Osmo and isspecifically recommended by them for use on internalengineered products.
