The Expat Fair is the only event of its kind in Bucharest* — the first large-scale meeting point for internationals and services tailored to their needs.

The aim of this event is to offer a full day of information and inspiration for expats & internationals living in Bucharest, to welcome and help them Feel at Home in Romania together with our trusted partners, workshops and networking — all under the same roof.

The event answers an increasing need for meet and greet opportunities for the expat community.

Over 600 visitors expected, including representatives of the City Compass network: guest writers, entrepreneurs, diplomatic representatives in Romania, expat group members, expat CEOs and department leaders of the TOP 100 companies with their husbands/wifes and family.

The event is supported and endorsed by several partner embassies, international schools, and chambers of commerce due to its relevance in their communities.

Similar events in other European cities such as Munich, Rotterdam, Zurich, and Copenhagen have attracted over 4,000 visitors.

Willbrook Platinum Business and Convention Centre is an Eco friendly project located in the heart of the most affluent office & residential area in Bucharest, having excellent connection with the airports and the city center (5 minutes away from the Henri Coanda International Airport, 15 minutes away from the city center).

The convention centre hosts 11 conference rooms and 2 multifunction spaces, that accommodate up to 2100 persons, with the latest technologies for conference in place.

Flavours Food Design is the Exclusive Caterer for Willbrook Platinum Business and Convention Centre. Flavours assures you a tailor made event, which breaches the ordinary boundaries; an event in which every feature is thoroughly thought, from the theme of the party, its style and design, to the food and personnel. The Flavours kitchens are coordinated by Chef Foa, MasterChef Romania judge.

Given the above, we believe that Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center is indeed the perfect location to organize the second edition of the Expat Fair.
