AIESEC entities start off as expansion initiatives, and are hosted and coached by official entities until they can be operationally and financially sustainable to deliver AIESEC operations independently. These expansion initiatives are already given access to our programmes, conferences and network.

AIESEC’s global network enables international exchange opportunities for its members to deve lop themse l ves personally and professionally in a culturally different environment than they have been used to. This developmental challenge allows for its participants to expand their perspectives and build their network as they get to know themselves better.

The GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME is an international volunteer experience through which young people develop themselves while empowering individuals, communities or organizations. GCDP focuses on areas and issues with the need for direct social impact and sustainable solutions

The GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME comprises of an internship in a host organization, through which a young person contributes to its, completes a job description requiring special expertise or skills, and receives supervision and evaluation on his or her professional development.

!The TEAM MEMBER PROGRAMME provides a

practical learning and development experience to a young person, who takes part in a team and takes responsibilities towards managing AIESEC’s performance and the delivery of its experiences.

In addition to the benefits of the team member experience, the TEAM LEADER PROGRAMME participants contribute to the development of others while ensuring AIESEC’s performance and the delivery of its experiences.

AIESEC offers to its members practical team programs in a local, national and a global level. Such experiences are created by, for and with the members of the organization. Team experiences foster dynamic and holistic learning environments for our members to develop necessary skills, knowledge and mindset.

One of the top entities in the Phi l ippines, AIESEC AdMU , has previously hosted now-independent Cebu & Davao, and is currently hosting expansion initiatives in FEU & San Beda.

Initial research and feasibility study conducted to assess the demographics, student culture, and OSA policies of the university with the help of respondents from the administration and the student body.

Induction of pioneering team into AIESEC including team building, basic, functional & leadership training, entity growth planning, and outlining of responsibilities between the expansion initiative and the hosting entity.

University students interested in becoming the pioneering team of the entity go through an application and screening process.

Through the recommendation of the hosting entity, the expansion initiative will be recognized by AIESEC in the Philippines, and will be given access to programmes, conferences, networking, and other membership benefits, including use of the AIESEC brand.

Upon completion of AIESEC in the Philippines membership requirements and with the approval of the hosting entity, the expansion entity will be upgraded and become an official entity.

With support and guidance from the hosting entity, the expansion initiative will deliver the AIESEC programmes within the university.
