FAQ

• Does the device have a bypass relay on the two ethernet ports?

− No, there is no bypass relay integrated

• Are the antennas included?

− No, the device is not delivered with antennas. We offer a GPS and LTE antenna as separate articles forevaluation and are looking to extend the antenna portfolio in the future.

• Can two SIM cards be used from different providers?

− Yes, they can be configured for different providers and will automatically switch-over.

• Does the device have an SD/USB card?

− No, but the device offers ample flash storage: 512MB User data storage and 830MB User module storage

• Why would LPWAN have better building penetration?

− The frequencies for LPWAN are usually lower than typical cellular networks, specifically chosen forbetter building penetration to reach IoT equipment.

• Can the GPS and LTE modules be used simultaneously?

− Yes, we provide 2x LTE antenna connectors and 1x GNSS connector

• Will eSIM be supported?

− Yes, depending on the project we can put the eSIM the customer wants into the product in the factory
