Step 1: Setting up the Display Wall 1 1 4 4 Slide 5 Step 2: Place the Magnetic Bars onto the Frame 2 2 1.Remove the Magnetic Bars from the Podium Case 2.Build the Display Wall frame by placing the magnetic bars into the magnetised node slots as shown. 3.Ensure all Magnetic Bars are clicked into position (including the two rear bars on the reverse of the frame) 2 2 3 3 Slide 6 Step 3: Attach Graphic Panels to Display Wall 1.Remove the Graphic Panels from the Podium Case 2.Carefully unroll each Graphic Panel and hook the top of each panel onto the retaining hooks at the top of the frame. 3.Hang the Graphic Panels, starting at one end and secure each panel along the top, lining up the graphics as you go along. 4.Ensure the Graphics line up with the magnetic strips running vertically down each section of the frame. 3 3 Slide 7 Step 4: Attach Spot Lights to the Display Wall 1.Remove the Spot lights from the Podium Case. 2.Place the spotlight clamp near the cross-scissor mechanism at the top of the Display Wall frame. 3.Adjust the clamp until it fits securely into place. 3 3 2 2 Slide 8 This video clip will demonstrate how to set up the Expand Media Wall, simply click on the image below: Slide 9 Set Up the Expand Podium Case: Slide 10 Step 1: Attach the Counter Top to the Podium Case 1.Open the Podium Case and close the clips on each side of the case. 2.Place the folding Counter Top onto the Podium Case. 3.Unfold the Counter Top and fix it with the clips underneath it. 1 1 3 3 Slide 11 Step 2: Attach the Plastic Cover onto the Podium Case 1.Place the Plastic Cover around the the bottom of the Podium Case. 2.Fix the Plastic Cover to the Podium Case with the velcro strip. 2 2 1 1 Slide 12 Step 3: Attach the Graphic onto the Podium Case 1.From the back of the case, take the graphic wrap and wrap it around the front and around the back. 2.Pull the Graphic tight around the case ensuring there is no slack. 3.Fix the Graphic to the Podium Case with the 4 velcro strips. 1 1 3 3 Slide 13 Step 2: Insert the Shelves into the Podium Case 1.Place the four detachable shelves into the Podium Case. 1 1 Slide 14 This video clip will demonstrate how to set up the Expand Podium Case, simply click on the image below: Slide 15 How to Pack Expand Podium Case Step 1: Step 2: Step 3:
