Day1: Board train for Kalka from Delhi. After a long journey of 7 hours, again board a Himalayan Toy train which will take you through the Shivalik ranges to Shimla. Your car will simultaneously drive with you, carrying your luggage and you can do part of the journey by train & part by car.

Today, it has well developed facilities, easy accessibility and numerous attractions, making it one of India’s most popular hill resorts. Situated in the lower ranges of the Himalayan Mountains, it is surrounded by pine deodar, oak and rhododendron forests. Towards the north lie the snow-covered high-ranges, while the valleys breathe whispering streams and swaying fields.

Day2: After a breakfast in the morning, let’s go for sightseeing. In summers it the town offers you amidst and mesmerizing moderate climate in summers. You can visit in summer season also from March to June, with a pleasant weather and temperature ranging between 15o to 30o C. Start your visit with The Ridge road, mall road, Lakkar bazaar, where you can shop for the wooden handicrafts and other kind of shopping stuff from the mall road, Jakhoo temple and Christ Church. You will experience that Dharamshala is a small hill station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar range about 18 kms north east of Kangra town. Hill station is wooded with oak and conifer trees and snow capped mountains enfold three sides of the town while the valley stretches in front. The snow line is perhaps more easily accessible at Dharamshala than at any other hill resort and it is possible to trek to snow point after an early morning’s start. The town of Dharmshala is divided into two distinct parts. Day5: There are so many places which you must see, such as Dal Lake, Kangra Fort, Bhagsunag Falls, Chintpurni one of the major temple of 51 Shati peeths. Overnight stay. Day6: After the breakfast drive to Amritsar for 4 hours. Check in at hotel. After taking lunch, rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day7: After taking a breakfast, let’s go for a morning sightseeing of Amritsar. The sightseeing takes you to the Golden Temple – the sacred Sikh sanctuary spread out in a vast complex around a huge water tank in the midst of which stands a marble sanctum where the holy book of the Sikhs, the Guru Granth is reverently placed. The roof of the sanctum is gold-leafed. The community kitchen provides free meals to up to 10,000 pilgrims or visitors in a day. And walk by the busy bazaars of the city, visit the historic Jallianwalah Bagh where General Dyers bullets killed hundreds of innocent Indians. Later visit the Durgiana Hindu temple which looks like a replica of the golden temple.

In the evening, now, this is the time to move towards Wagah Border to join the ceremony of Beating Retreat.
