TRANSCRIPT
Exmovere LLC. is the worlds only company to produce and market biosensor products aimed at automating human wellness activities: elderly and chronic care, safe driving, fitness, etc.
Exmovere is also the only company working on artificial emotion: machines that love and care for their users.
Th e C o n cep t
Emotion can be detected by comparing two types of autonomic nervous function data: arousal (stress) and valence (mood).
Arousal relates to heart rate, respiration and galvanic skin response, whereas Valence refers to longer-term changes such as heart rate variability and skin temperature.

United States: Time for Mobile Wellness
As we age, most of us hope to remain mobile and independent in our own homes. Sometimes, however, that requires a little extra help. Our families and friends can provide much of the needed assistance, but when health and social issues arise, how can we be guaranteed that someone will be there to lend a hand?
A new product developed by Exmocare LLC addresses this concern. The Exmocare wristwatch incorporates Bluetooth wireless technology with biosensors to monitor a range of physiological signals. The gathered data are transmitted to a software-enabled computer and processed. Software interprets the data to detect heart rate, pulse, and motion. The information is also used to extrapolate emotional state based on a combination of physiological indicators. Alerts can be sent as an email, SMS, or Instant Message to recipients designated by the user. The advantage of the wristwatch is the promise of living longer, independent lives at home. Unlike other devices currently on the market, the Exmocare sensor technology is designed to predict disasters, instead of relying on the individual to notify others that he or she requires assistance. The Bluetooth-enabled wristwatch design allows mobility; paired with a Windows mobile or pocket PC, the wearer can feel free to travel to his or her hearts content. A GPS car kit can also augment the experience by tracking vehicle speed and location. Creating this new technology was not for its own sake.Exmocare takes cutting-edge technology and puts it to good use for older people. According to David Bychkov, President of Exmocare LLC, the new product aims to give elderly people more independence, simplicity, and comfort.Devices like this provide a necessary tool to maintain independent living as people age. Families can feel better knowing that they have a direct link to their loved ones. For more information, visit: Exmocare, www.exmocare.com

The Exmocare Watch monitors the physical and emotional state of your loved one and alerts you when potential issues arise. The watch is uniquely designed to gather many physiological signals at once. Exmocare Home uses proven methods from contemporary psychophysiology to interpret these physiological signals to interpret emotions. With continuous access to physiological, emotional, and activity information, Exmocare Home is the most advanced overall personal wellness-monitoring system currently available. This is the first watch of its kind and my prediction is this is the future of home medical care.

Exmocare: The next wave in remote monitoring: Better care, peace of mind.- Posted Tuesday, April 17, 2007 12:21 PM by hlthblog
URL: http://blogs.msdn.com/healthblog/archive/2007/04/17/the-next-wave-in-remote-monitoring-better-care-peace-of-mind.aspx
In previous Blog entries I've talked about the next wave in remote physiological monitoring. Mobile technologies, devices and web services will soon allow us to remotely monitor patients suffering from chronic diseases or elderly people living alone in their homes. The devices and technologies will be easy to use and ultimately quite affordable as the devices and services become commoditizied...
While the first devices to hit the market will be a bit bulky and expensive, they will be arguably less expensive than the cost oflive-in helpers and caregivers while providing a sense of safety and connectedness for those being monitored. Be on the lookout for many more devices and web services that will facilitate health and wellness programs in the home and connect us to medical professionals and other experts. As an aging baby boomer, I take a great deal of comfort in knowing these technologies will be ready for me and my family in the very near future. There is also a virtually unlimited potential for these devices and services to meet the healthcare needs of emerging and underserved markets around the world.

FAQ http://www.vivometrics.com/research/clinical_trials/about_the_system/faq.php
Clinical is the first non-invasive continuous ambulatory monitoring system that can collect data on pulmonary, cardiac and other physiologic data and correlate them over time.
The LifeShirt® Clinical gathers data during the subjects daily routine so pharmaceutical, academic and corporate researchers get a continuous movie of the subjects health in real-world situations (work, school, driving, exercise, sleep), rather than the snapshotgenerated during a typical clinical visit.
 Respiration, ECG, dual-axis accelerometer
Optional - blood pressure, Spo2, EEG, EOG, periodic leg movement, body temperature, skin temperature, end tidal CO2, throat microphone records cough/snore sounds.
