Renting equipment is a decision that you make based on a number of fac- tors: How much does it cost to rent? Could I purchase it instead? If I buy it, can I maintain it? If I rent it, how well will it work ? What kind of condition will it be in? These are all questions that you may ask yourself before requesting equip- ment for a project. But know this: We never forget that our job is to pro- vide you with quality equipment, on time and wherever you need it, so that you can perform your job as efficiently and economically as possible. Life is full of choices - Choose wisely. Choose EXI. Preparation Fee Covers our one-time expense of packing, handling and especially checking the instrument after rental to repair normal wear & tear and minor cleaning of the equipment. This allows us to have NO minimum rental period and to keep our daily rates as low as possible. Rental Days Rental begins the day we place the instrument in shipping and ends the day we receive the instrument in good condition (less normal wear and tear). The rent is based on a 7 day week (includes weekends). We charge based on days not hours. Freight Charges The renter covers freight and insurance charges; you or your company will need to provide a valid shipping account number. Shipping Options We recommend Federal Express, but we can ship using any carrier. For heavier shipments (over 150 lbs.) we can provide names of local freight forward- ers that usually ship freight for less. International We are happy to work with you on your international projects. A 15% surcharge will be made on rentals outside of the USA. Preparation Fee

Covers our one-time expense of packing, handling

and especially checking the instrument after rental to
