My last dictation was Tuesday afternoon, the 27"'. I attended the 2:00 o'clock p.m. class at RI , having the brethren continue as normal and calling on me as a guest speaker. That was recorded and should be in the record. Fine-tuned training was given on the tests we face through the powers of

evil trying to afflict us in order for the Lord to see if we will exert oneness to earn our blessing of this mission being accomplished.

I read some mail through the afternoon. I met with the ladies in their hourly prayers. Between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. the Lord took me into the heavenly session so I was not able to meet with the First Presidency in the appointed 8 :00 o'clock p.m. prayer time that evening. And I went through the heavenly session until 6:00 o'clock a.m. the next morning. The Lord showed me more marriages to perform. He showed me that Thomas Barlow, Louis Barlow's son, and Don Holm, and also David Jeffs, my brother, couJdn 't exalt their ladies, had lost the confidence of God, and the Lord revealed where they should be placed. Also two other young marriages were revealed and I was told to travel to Mesquite, Nevada and stay at Guy Allred's house there, perform the ordinances in a motel somewhere nearby.

I joined the First Presidency at our 7:00 a 'clock a.m. in the morning prayer time appointed for our fasting time, these three days offasting and prayer. All the people on the lands of refuge and all trained in that project were to join in this fasting and prayer and circle prayers, three times a day. I also met with the First Presidency at the I :00 o'clock p.m. prayer time. Then I prepared. They wanted to see me in my costume or rather my disguise that I dress in different clothes as I travel among the gentiles. It weighs upon me to make sure I am not partaking of the spirit of the world, but the Lord has directed that I be careful. They were pleasantly impressed as they saw that] didn't look like I normally do. But our bodies are covered, we just wear a hat and dress in clothes that don't draw attention to us, as though we are not different from the world. We are in this world, but not of the world, as the Savior said.

We left Rl at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon and traveled to Mesquite, Nevada I made phone calls along the way. I had the Bishop, William Edson Jessop, gather the six ladies. I talked to each group of ladies, Tom Barlow's wives first, and then Don Holm' s former wives, and then David Jeffs' former wives. And over the phone I talked to each one, gave them the Lord's message that their former husband could not exalt them and the Lord had revealed where they should be sealed for time

and eternity. ] asked each one if they received the Lord's message and were willing to go forward, and all six ladies said, "yes." So I arranged for the Bishop and his counselors to bring these people to meet me. We are careful in our travels. I don't tell people where I am until the very time I am ready to meet them. I bring them close by and call them on the mobile phones to come where I am.

The ladies that were sealed: the former wives of Thomas Barlow were sealed to leGrande Barlow. I started that ceremony using his name, "LeGrand Spencer Barlow" and then I stopped and asked him who is mother was and who she was married to and he is now the son of Richard Allred, his mother being sealed to Richard Allred for time and eternity. So LeGrande Spencer Allred, formerly Barlow, received Fern Luana Shapley and Terri Elissa Shapley. And then Thomas Arden Holm received the former wives of Don Holm, Linda Jessop and Enid Jessop.

I then brought in Madeline Barlow, David Jeffs' former wife. She received the Lord's message. ] told her she belonged to Merril Jessop. There was some emotion but she acted on correct principle and at least put on an outward show of a smile. And] sent Merril Jessop with Madeline back to Short Creek in one car. Then separately, 1 brought in S\lsanna Barlow, the former first wife of payid Jeffs and I felt a great concern about her. I asked her again ifshe received the Lord's message. She hesitated a long time. She asked if there was any hope for David Jeffs. 1 said, "] love my brother, but I love God most and] will tell you the truth, what the Lord as shown me, that David cannot exalt his ladies, but ifhe will continue in his repentance, he can eam a degree of salvation." Every step was a long hesitation for her. She finally said, almost in a whisper, "I want to do what the Lord wants me to do." I said to her, "1 have told you what the Lord wants you to do." I told her] would give her an official release before her sealing. I had her stand and taking her hand in the patriarchal grip was a resistance. I told her, "There is no force in this." That is when she said, "1 just want to do what the Lord wants me to do." I gave her a release, using these words in these release ceremonies, calling the sister by name, "Sister so and so, in the authority of the holy Melchizedek Priesthood and by the keys and powers thereof, I

release you from your sealing for time and a\l eternity with -- the name of the fonner Elder -- in the name of the rather and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, amen." 1 don't use the word "Brother" in that because often it is a man who is unworthy and not a member any more.

I then brought Jim Allred in and she would hardly look up. She would hardly take his hand. As the ceremony ended he was smiling and she was looking down, and I said, "You may kiss the bride," and she would hardly do it. She would hardly handshake for congratulations and she would hardly take his hand to go out to the car. So she showed a great spirit of resistance, yet she went through with it. I pray the Lord to bless her, lest she fail in that covenant. She has been a gentile for a lot of years. Now she needs to learn to submit to Priesthood and the ways of God.

Madeline is fifty years old, and Susanna is a little older than that, both from the same father and mother.

Both parties announced ready for trial. Defendant waived the right of trial by jury and entered the plea indicated above. The Court then admonished Defendant as required by law. It appeared to the Court that Defendant was mentally competent to stand trial, made the plea freely and voluntarily. and was aware of the consequences of this plea.
