Step 1: Login

Reminder： The organizer of bauma China has sent you an Email with username and password;

If you did not receive the Email, please contact us. (See contacts in the last page of the file)

1. Login website: exhibitor.b-china.cn 2. Input your username and password

Step 2: Fill in Company Profile

Reminder： Recommended date to submit info: before September 20, 2016

1. After login, enter the page of [Company Profile]

2. Please complete the information accordingly and save

Reminder: You can upload 3 products’ information at most

Step 4: Fill in Conference Info

If your company will hold forums, press conference, product demonstration, etc. on the site of bauma China 2016, you can upload your conference info through Exhibitor system for promotion.

1. Enter the page of [Conference Info], please fill in the info accordingly and save

2. You can Add Conference, Edit, Preview and Delete the conference info

Step 1: Send tailored invitation letter

1. Enter the page of [Client Invitation], the invitation letter has been created with your submitted information

2. Please download the template of name list and upload it after input

3. Then click Send Invitation and Exhibitor system will send your tailored invitation letter to your uploaded clients’ via Email
