REGISTRATION
During the last week of February, exhibitor registrants will receive
an Express Badge Pick-up Confirmation email that will include
hours of operation for each location and a barcode. This bar code
can be scanned at any registration kiosk at the locations listed
below to print a single badge.
McCormick Place Convention Center (Beginning March 9)
O’Hare Airport in Terminals 1, 3 and 5 (March 13 and 14)
Chicago Marriott Downtown (March 13 and 14)
Hilton Chicago (March 13 and 14)
Hyatt Regency Chicago (March 13 and 14)
ALL registrants will have to pick-up their individual badge once in
Chicago and should be prepared to present a government-issued
photo ID.

REGISTER YOUR EACs
Be sure to register any vendor being used to perform services at the Show if they are not one of
our official vendors. An Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any company designated by an
exhibitor to provide a service and needing access to an exhibit during installation, Show dates
and/or dismantling.
NOTE: When EAC's register with McCormick Place / ASM, it only authorizes entry. It does not
authorize work unless your EAC company has a valid union contract. If your EAC company
does not have a valid union contract, but is registered with McCormick Place, your EAC
company may only supervise work completed by a company that does have a valid union
contract.
Final Reminder: The deadline is February 13.
