Exhibitors will enter to unload at the front doors of the gym as indicated with a “red star” on

Friday March 4 from 12pm—8pm.

The red star also indicates public entrance and exit for the day of the event March 5.

There will be no access to that area the morning of the event until 9am.

Absolutely no Exhibitors are allowed to park anywhere except the Exhibitor Parking Lot

on the day of the event March 5.

Home & Business Expo Guidelines & Expectations

The Huntley Chamber Home & Business Expo booths are sold and represented ONLY by the business, committee or organization that has purchased the booth. One business per booth. Please show respect to other exhibitors and keep your exhibit within your purchased booth display area.

As an exhibitor you will be given an Exhibitor Badge. This badge will allow you to network with fellow paid exhibitors and not be confused as unpaid solicitor. Please make sure when you leave your booth to have your exhibitor badge on so there is no confusion. Badges will be supplied by the Chamber to each exhibitor in their exhibitor packet and distributed on Saturday morning March 5th, prior to the Exhibitor meeting.

There is No Soliciting allowed by non-exhibitors. Please understand it would not be fair to the businesses who have paid to be an exhibitor. A solicitor will be informed of the rules the first time and warned and if they continue to solicit they will be asked to leave the Expo. A solicitor is anyone who has not purchased a booth (or does not have a contract with the Chamber for a booth) and is marketing their company, organization or cause. Please inform a Chamber representative volunteer immediately of solicitors.

EXHIBITOR SUPPLY LIST SUGGESTION Remember to come prepared with everything needed to set up your booth and have a great show. A few items to think about may be… S hooks to hang your banner at your booth extension cord for electrical use (if you purchased electrical) step ladder (if needed) scissors tape thumb tacks rubber bands stapler markers and pens/pencils give-a-way items pins paper items you need to furnish or set up your booth
