TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The application form must be scanned and sent by the 22nd February 2017 the latest to:

[email protected]. Once received the application form we’ll proceed with the invoicing.

2. Payment must be done before the event by credit card or by bank transfer once the invoice is received.

3. All the material requested will be delivered directly to the booth during the set up.

4. The prices on the order forms are without VAT tax.

5. The extra elements requested during the set up, will have an extra charge of the 10%.

6. We cannot ensure the availability of the elements requested after the deadline.
